- Windows and Linux server administration

- Internet Services Administration (Email, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Customer technical support
- Office network, server and workstation support

- Internet Protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, IMAP, SSH, BGP)
- PHP or ASP.NET web programming experience
- Server scripting (vbs, powershell, bash and perl)
- Windows and/or Linux server administration
- Plesk & Cpanel experience
- Ethernet & TCP/IP networking, Firewall and VPN configuration
- Public Key Infrastructure (X.509, SSL/TLS, S/MIME)
