Email Auto Responder

Enable Auto Responder

1. Using a modern web browser, login to https://provisionmail.net with your email address and password.
2. Click the Settings button left hand menu.
3. Under the settings menu expand My Settings and click on Auto-Responder.
4. Ensure the Enable auto-responder checkbox is checked in the Options tab.
   1. The Disable responses to indirect mail checkbox will prevent the auto-responder from replying to emails where your address is ONLY in the CC or BCC fields.  We recommend that this be checked.
5. Click on the Message Tab.
6. From here you can configure a subject, format, and date ranges.
7. If you configure a date range make sure you check Enable active date range.
8. Fill out your message.
9. Save.

Disable Auto Responder

1. Using a modern web browser, login to https://provisionmail.net with your email address and password.
2. Click the Settings button left hand menu.
3. Under the settings menu expand My Settings and click on Auto-Responder.
4. Ensure the Enable auto-responder checkbox is unchecked in the Options tab.
5. Save.
